Punjab Desk: Former Finance Minister and current BJP leader Manpreet Badal has moved to High Court. Petition has been filed by Manpreet Badal for anticipatory bail.
Yesterday his plea was rejected by Bathinda court and now he has approached high court for bail. Also, the duration of arrest warrant for Manpreet Badal is expiring today.
It should be noted that Badal has been booked by Vigilance Bureau in an alleged plot allotment case. Case was filed by Vigilance on September 24. Raids have been conducted at various locations in search of him.
