CM Mann turns 50: AAP organizes blood donation camps; targets collection of 10k units of blood
Punjab Desk: Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann has turned 50 today. CM Mann will celebrate his birthday by staying in his native village Satauj. Akhand Path at his native home has been organized. Throughout the day CM will meet people of the village.
On the occasion of CM Mann’s birthday, Aam Aadmi Party has organized blood donation camps in various districts and targets to collect around 10,000 units of blood. MLAs and different in-charges have been given target of collecting 100 blood units each.
AAP chief spokesperson Malvinder Singh Kang said, “All the Assembly segments have been asked to target a minimum collection of 100 units of blood. The numbers will certainly go up. We have asked the Assembly leaders to mobilise the masses with the help of block in-charges. I held meetings in Kharar, Ropar and Chamkaur Sahib on Tuesday and asked our party workers to donate blood for a noble cause.”
